1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using sallysbar.gr, our installable app (PWA), or any Sally's Bar service, you expressly agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility — age

Our service provides information for an establishment that sells alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, participate in the loyalty program, or consume alcohol on our premises. We reserve the right to request valid age verification.

3. Responsible drinking

Sally's Bar supports responsible consumption. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication or to persons under 18, in accordance with Greek law. Rewards and discounts do NOT encourage over-consumption — they are redeemed at our reasonable discretion and may be refused if redemption would constitute over-serving. Don't drink and drive. Emergencies: 100 (EKAV) / 112.

4. User accounts

• You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Sharing accounts and redeeming points earned by another person is prohibited.
• You may delete your account any time from the account page or on request at privacy@sallysbar.gr.

5. Loyalty program

• Free to join. Points are awarded automatically on orders or qualifying actions, per the rules shown on /loyalty.
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost due to a breach of your account.
• We reserve the right to correct balances or cancel points awarded in error, by fraud, or by abuse (e.g. duplicate redemptions, systematic gaming).
• Date of birth may be changed at most once per 30 days to prevent abuse of the birthday multiplier.
• Tiers and point thresholds may change. Modifications are not retroactive for perks already redeemed.
• We may terminate the program with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you have 60 days to redeem points.

6. Scratch cards, quests & promotions

• Scratch cards, quests, and other promotions are FREE. No purchase is required. These are NOT games of chance under Greek Law 4002/2011; they are promotional activities with no paid entry.
• Rewards are drawn randomly from a defined pool. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
• Rewards have an expiry date (shown on reveal) and may only be redeemed at Sally's Bar's physical premises.
• One reward per user per quest. One scratch card = one reveal.
• We reserve the right to void rewards on fraud, multi-account abuse, or use of bots/automation.
• Redemption of "free drink / shot" rewards requires age 18+ and a sober-enough state at staff's reasonable judgment.

7. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via email or phone.
• You may cancel or change a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking privileges.

8. Orders & payments

Payments are made only at the physical premises. Menu prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order applies.

8a. Phone calls & AI receptionist

• When you call our numbers, the call may be answered by an AI receptionist that handles bookings, menu and hours questions, bilingually (Greek/English).
• You are told at the start of the call that you are speaking with an AI. You can request a human at any time — the AI will transfer you to the owner's mobile.
• Calls are recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and booking evidence. See the Privacy Policy, sections 2 & 6 for retention periods. If you do not wish to be recorded, hang up and email us at info@sallysbar.gr.
• A booking agreed with the AI receptionist counts as a request — it is confirmed by us via SMS before being treated as guaranteed.
• The AI can make mistakes (e.g. mishearing a name or time). Always verify the final SMS confirmation we send you.

8b. Marketing messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Instagram, Email, Push)

• We send marketing messages only if you have granted explicit marketing consent on your account or at /loyalty.
• You can withdraw consent at any time: (a) reply "STOP" or "stop" to any SMS/WhatsApp, (b) click the Unsubscribe link in any email, (c) turn off marketing in /settings.
• Withdrawing consent does not affect transactional messages we owe you (e.g. booking confirmation, receipts).
• Linking your Messenger or Instagram account is optional. If you use it, you receive a one-time +20 points bonus and can receive DMs only if you also have marketing consent on.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• breach security or obtain unauthorized access
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means
• reverse-engineer or clone the service
• submit false or misleading information
• create multiple accounts to exploit promotions
• use the service for any unlawful purpose

10. User content

If you submit content (e.g. a CV, application message, review), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it within the scope of the service. You warrant that you hold the rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or law.

11. Intellectual property

The "Sally's Bar" name, logo, visual design, source code, and all site content are our property or that of our licensors, protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, nor that results will be accurate or reliable. We do NOT, however, exclude liability for damages caused by our fraud or gross negligence, or for death/personal injury caused by our negligence — where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and EU law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profits, data, or goodwill).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising from (a) your breach of these terms, (b) your violation of third-party rights, or (c) your unlawful use of the service.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for a breach of these terms, fraud, or to protect the safety of other users. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account.

16. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Kefalonia, Greece. EU consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence under Regulation 1215/2012. You may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

17. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

18. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
